Rooted Counseling Services is seeking compassionate and skilled therapists to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will provide therapeutic support to members of our community, helping them navigate challenges and build healthier relationships.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

1. Licensed or license-eligible as a mental health professional in the state of Massachusetts (LCSW or pre-licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply!)

2. Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in a therapeutic setting

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills

4. Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities

5. Passion for helping children, families, and adults thrive.

Compensation:

Rooted believes deeply in providing appropriate pay to clinicians. In addition to our above-market rates, we encourage a ‘make-your-own’ flexible schedule, hybrid or fully remote work, paid supervision, group supervision, and administrative pay.

Benefits include employer-sponsored health insurance, 401K with up to 4% match, paid time off accruals, CEU reimbursement, and profit-sharing.
